Simon Kaserer, the owner of the web agency Cross-Link, has been actively developing websites since 2001 and has already implemented hundreds of websites and online stores. He is particularly fascinated by the many important factors in making web projects successful.
At SunHeart Switzerland AG, Simon takes care of all matters concerning our website and online marketing.
“Our society is shaped by capitalism. This has produced much good, but also presents challenges that are only partially regulated by the state.
Because companies primarily focus on their own interests, the interaction with customers can result in a counteraction instead of a cooperation. Instead of demanding this togetherness, I like the idea of moving towards it on a voluntary basis.
Just as farms commit to organic farming, animal welfare and fair trade and communicate this to consumers with ” Bio” labels, why is there no label for companies, whereby they always commit to the welfare of people and nature in their actions?
Since joining SunHearts, I’ve put my hopes for these concerns in the hands of our community and I’m sure that by founding SunHeart Switzerland AG, this vision can be passed on to a large mass.”
The network specialist
Deborah Keller joined Artha Impact, the impact investing arm of Rianta Capital Zürich AG, in 2011 as Network & Communication Manager. Among other things, she successfully built up and expanded the Impact for Breakfast network worldwide, for which she is now responsible as Global Head.
At SunHeart Switzerland AG, Deborah focuses on the national and international expansion of our SunHeart Business Leaders network and supports us in marketing and HR.

Stefan Calefice is a capital market expert for individual investment consulting and targeted asset management at Rhein Investors AG as head of the investment committee.
At SunHeart Switzerland AG, Stefan, as CFO, takes care of not only the finances but also all legal matters.

The impact investing ambassador
Svetlana Banerjee is an impact investing expert, an Ambassador for Impact Investing & Sustainable Finance at the Diplomatic World Institute, and a guest lecturer at various universities. With her company Impact Investing Solutions, she helps companies and organizations successfully attract capital for impact investing.
At SunHeart Switzerland AG, Sveta is mainly involved in the SunHeart Academy and is a lecturer for sustainable finance in our course Business Management of the Future – Business in Harmony with Nature.

The strategist
Philipp Koch is an experienced IT specialist. His passion is to create a new way of working by using the most advanced IT technology. With his company, pineapple AG, he thus supports companies in making their daily work even more efficient and customer-oriented.
At SunHeart Switzerland AG, Philipp also ensures that we are future-oriented concerning IT and data management. In addition, he is always available to us with advice and assistance on strategic issues.

The visionary
Karin Fuchs-Häseli, Co-Founder & President of SunHeart Business Leaders, has been supporting entrepreneurs as a management consultant for more than 25 years to run their companies in a value-oriented, ethical way and in harmony with nature.
She leads SunHeart Switzerland AG as CEO and is responsible for the training of the trainees. It is particularly important to her to pass on her experience to future leaders in order to contribute a little to rediscovering the love for nature and leading to genuine ethical behavior in business management and the economy in general.
