To support this new generation of business leaders and entrepreneurs, we have developed a hands-on course built on a strong foundation of values and a new understanding of ethics – showing how business works in harmony with nature.

Learn in this course business in harmony with nature, according to which principles nature works and what influence this has on us as individuals, but also on larger organisms such as companies or the economy as a whole.

Learn about the hopeful approach of true sustainability, circular economy, and sustainable finance … and you will understand why business management that is not in harmony with nature and its principles cannot be ethical, sustainable, and certainly not successful in the long run.

Last but not least, we will show you how leadership and management will be lived in the future on the basis of this new awareness.

The most important points in brief

“Corporate Management of the Future – Business in Harmony with Nature”. The course consists of 9 consecutive two-day modules.

The dates and venue for the next course will be announced in a timely manner.

This course is aimed at current and future leaders and entrepreneurs who recognize the signs of the times and want to prepare themselves for the business management of the future on the basis of ethics and sustainability. Open-minded and ambitious people who are enthusiastic about contributing to the good in the world and want to make a difference together. Age does not matter.

This course is conducted by practitioners for practitioners. The speakers are all experienced entrepreneurs and experts in their respective fields.

  • Karin Fuchs-Häseli – Co-Founder & President of The SunHeart Business Leaders, Management Consultant, Business Ethics Expert, responsible for ethics & business in harmony with nature.
  • Sveta Banerjee – Founder and Managing Director of Impact Investing School, Impact Investing Expert, Ambassador of Impact Investing & Sustainability, responsible for sustainable finance & impact investing.
  • Jens Feuerlein – Managing Partner & Co-Founder der pineapple AG, MSc ME + MBA, responsible for business development. 

For specific topics, other expert speakers are consulted.

The number of participants is limited. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received.

We differentiate between two programs – Basic and Plus.

Plus includes, in addition to the complete course, 5 hours of additional coaching and consulting services by experts of your choice, who will support you with current challenges around your individual business in a needs-oriented manner.

Basic – The costs amount to a total of CHF 4’500.–, respectively CHF 500.– per module.

Plus – The costs amount to a total of CHF 5’400.–, respectively CHF 600.– per module.

The costs for food and accommodation are not included.

Members receive a 20% discount on all SunHeart Academy offerings.
