Deborah Keller ist Co-Founder & Managing Partner der SunHeart Switzerland AG. Sie verfügt über grosse Erfahrung im Bereich Impact Investing und begleitete als Teil eines Family Offices mehr als 15 Jahre lang Unternehmen, die einen edlen Purpose verfolgen.

Als Ethical Business Guardener unterstützt sie Geschäftsleiter und ihre Teams bei der Implementierung einer ethischen Firmenkultur nach den Gesetzen der Natur – praxisnah und individuell zugeschnitten. Sie steht Firmen ebenfalls beim Wachstum sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung ihrer Strategie zur Seite.

Karin Fuchs-Häseli, Co-Founder & CEO of SunHeart Switzerland AG, has been helping business owners and managers to run their companies in a value-oriented, ethical manner and in harmony with nature for more than 30 years.

She runs the Ethical Business Guardener training program and is the first point of contact for companies.

As a corporate and organizational developer, Jasmine Schläfli enables small companies in particular to create suitable structures and working conditions in order to find and retain the right people for the sustainable success of the company.

As an Ethical Business Guardener at SunHeart Switzerland AG, she mainly supports companies in the areas of organizational development, employer attractiveness, recruitment and employer branding.

Nakhli Khoury is a seasoned corporate compliance and ethics leader with a solid foundation in finance, risk management, and internal controls.

As an “Ethical Business Gardener,” Nakhli helps companies navigate compliance and ethical challenges, enhance their internal control frameworks, and foster a workplace culture rooted in integrity and core values.

Elisabeth Drzaic-Lang‘s professional background lies in the areas of leadership, people & culture, marketing, innovation, sales, project management and strategy. After many years working for the world’s largest FMCG companies and in the luxury cosmetics industry, she founded her own company, Empowering from within GmbH.

As an Ethical Business Guardener, Elisabeth enthusiastically supports our clients in living their own purpose while achieving their business goals.

Birgit Rieder is the co-founder of Sojourn, an energetic wellbeing company, a brand and marketing strategist, and a coach specialising in leadership and employee development. Her expertise bridges high-impact brand, marketing and innovation strategy with systemic, solution-focused coaching to empower leaders and teams for sustainable growth.

As an Ethical Business Gardener at SunHeart Switzerland AG, she supports companies by cultivating brand identity and strategy, sustainable marketing and communication programs, combined with solution-oriented coaching and mentoring to foster deeper alignment and long-term brand cohesion.

As a diversity coach, communication expert and intercultural trainer IKUD, Sahar Gasgari-Luu offers trustworthy and sustainable communication solutions with her company w!sion.

Sahar is an experienced project manager. As an Ethical Business Guardener, she is committed to issues related to diversity and inclusion and supports companies on their way to a strong, open and learning corporate culture, based on ethical values.
