Deborah Keller ist Co-Founder & Managing Partner der SunHeart Switzerland AG. Sie verfügt über grosse Erfahrung im Bereich Impact Investing und begleitete als Teil eines Family Offices mehr als 15 Jahre lang Unternehmen, die einen edlen Purpose verfolgen.

Als Ethical Business Guardener unterstützt sie Geschäftsleiter und ihre Teams bei der Implementierung einer ethischen Firmenkultur nach den Gesetzen der Natur – praxisnah und individuell zugeschnitten. Sie steht Firmen ebenfalls beim Wachstum sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung ihrer Strategie zur Seite.

Karin Fuchs-Häseli, Co-Founder & CEO of SunHeart Switzerland AG, has been helping business owners and managers to run their companies in a value-oriented, ethical manner and in harmony with nature for more than 30 years.

She runs the Ethical Business Guardener training program and is the first point of contact for companies.

Nakhli Khoury is a seasoned corporate compliance and ethics leader with a solid foundation in finance, risk management, and internal controls.

As an “Ethical Business Gardener,” Nakhli helps companies navigate compliance and ethical challenges, enhance their internal control frameworks, and foster a workplace culture rooted in integrity and core values.

Elisabeth Drzaic-Lang‘s professional background lies in the areas of leadership, people & culture, marketing, innovation, sales, project management and strategy. After many years working for the world’s largest FMCG companies and in the luxury cosmetics industry, she founded her own company, Empowering from within GmbH.

As an Ethical Business Guardener, Elisabeth enthusiastically supports our clients in living their own purpose while achieving their business goals.

Birgit Rieder is the co-founder of Sojourn, an energetic wellbeing company, a brand and marketing strategist, and a coach specialising in leadership and employee development. Her expertise bridges high-impact brand, marketing and innovation strategy with systemic, solution-focused coaching to empower leaders and teams for sustainable growth.

As an Ethical Business Gardener at SunHeart Switzerland AG, she supports companies by cultivating brand identity and strategy, sustainable marketing and communication programs, combined with solution-oriented coaching and mentoring to foster deeper alignment and long-term brand cohesion.

As a diversity coach, communication expert and intercultural trainer IKUD, Sahar Gasgari-Luu offers trustworthy and sustainable communication solutions with her company w!sion.

Sahar is an experienced project manager. As an Ethical Business Guardener, she is committed to issues related to diversity and inclusion and supports companies on their way to a strong, open and learning corporate culture, based on ethical values.

Selina Hotz is a co-founder of generational and, as an Ethical Business Gardener, supports entrepreneurs with organizational development and on their journey toward steward ownership.

In her work with clients, she not only asks the right questions at the right time but also guides them with sensitivity as they explore and identify the most suitable answers. Selina brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in business and social psychology, change management, corporate consulting, and workshop facilitation.

Lukas Hotz embarked on his entrepreneurial journey while still studying business and went on to found several companies. He has worked as a consultant in communications, digital strategy, organizational development, and venture building.

As a co-founder of generational and an Ethical Business Gardener, Lukas focuses primarily on creating sustainable, purpose-driven ownership structures and governance models for companies. He supports succession processes, business formations, and transformations, and advises on financing matters.

Michael Eder is an economist and sustainability expert with more than 16 years of international experience at the intersection of business, climate action, and societal change.

As an Ethical Business Gardener, he supports companies in developing and implementing sustainability strategies. He guides organizations from achieving transparency around their emissions and setting science-based climate targets to developing decarbonization pathways aligned with regulatory requirements and the 1.5°C target. His ambition is not merely to plan for impact, but to deliver measurable results.

Fabienne Debrunner is a co-founder of Zukunftsfähig Wirtschaften, an organization that explores the foundations of an economy that serves life. She leads its People & Culture division and supports organizations on their journey toward future-ready ways of working.

With a background in business administration and environmental management, as well as her role as an Inner Development Ambassador, she combines strategic organizational thinking with the depth of inner development. As an Ethical Business Gardener, she helps teams approach collaboration more consciously.
