The seal of approval for business ethics

In October 2023, our company SunHeart Switzerland AG launched the first seal of approval for business ethics in Switzerland. The Committed to Business Ethics label recognizes companies, institutions and organisations that are committed to the ‘Common Journey to Business Ethics‘ and thus to the continuous development of a value-oriented, ethical corporate culture in harmony with the laws of nature – in the knowledge that practiced business ethics is a stable foundation for long-term success.

A long-standing partnership

With this seal of approval, we have made a conscious decision not to follow the usual route of a checklist that a company has to work through during an annual audit. Instead, we enter into long-term partnerships with companies that are aware that an ethical corporate culture is not achieved with one or two workshops, but must be practiced, maintained and developed on an ongoing basis.

We offer them the “Committed to Business Ethics” seal of approval right at the start of our journey together. It confirms that the managers are committed to business ethics and demonstrates their sincere willingness to work with us continuously on themselves and a credibly ethical corporate culture.

We provide them with an “Ethical Business Guardener” as an external ethics consultant who trains, advises and coaches them throughout the entire journey. Through this partnership-based cooperation, we ensure that a credible ethical corporate culture is established.

Standard Prices

We agree an annual lump sum with our partner companies for the seal of approval, including 24-hour use of the Ethical Business Guardener. We are guided by the following guide prices:

• Up to 10 employees – CHF 6,000
• Up to 20 employees – CHF 9,000
• Up to 50 employees – CHF 12,000
• Up to 100 employees – CHF 15,000
• Up to 500 employees – CHF 21,000
• Over 500 employees – CHF 27’000

For self-employed persons and micro-enterprises, we also offer the opportunity to take part in collective training courses and thus further reduce the annual lump sum.
