This English-language, three-part workshop—jointly initiated by AadvantiKA GmbH and SunHeart Switzerland AG—invites leaders, entrepreneurs, pioneers, and visionaries to rethink business practices in a holistic, ethical, and life-affirming way.
Instead of treating sustainability as an afterthought, participants explore how ethical principles, the perspectives of all stakeholders, and the intelligence of nature can form the foundation of business activity.
Based on forward-thinking models, Regenerative Economics, and the principles of life, the workshop explores how companies can serve life through their products or services—for the benefit of people, the planet, and future generations.
The course combines systems thinking, inner reflection, and practical tools to build bridges between vision and execution. Methods such as stakeholder mapping, exploring ethical dilemmas, and inspiring case studies create a space for shared learning and deep insights.

Day 3 – Implementation & Scaling of Impact Business Models
