Yue is also a board member of MeWell<\/strong><\/a>, an organization of students aiming to improve awareness of mental well-being in academia and promote a healthy lifestyle<\/strong>, which is extremely important not only in academia but also in business.<\/p>

On January 25th, 2023, we asked Yue to answer a few questions about herself and the upcoming internship that starts on March 1st, 2023.<\/p>

Hello Yue! Can you tell us a little about yourself…who are you?<\/strong><\/p>

I am Yue and I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences at ETH. I am originally from China but I completed my high school education in Germany. I also completed my Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences at ETH.<\/p>

What is particularly important to you in life?<\/strong><\/p>

Firstly, I think it’s important to stay true to oneself. This includes being honest, but also finding a balance between all the needs and goals in life.<\/p>

Moreover, the environment is particularly important to me. I believe that humanity can only progress if we solve environmental issues.<\/p>

What drew you to the job posting for our internship?<\/strong><\/p>

I found the job posting on LinkedIn. It was very different from the others I had seen during my search. Ethics were emphasized in it. In my opinion, this is exactly what is missing in today’s world. After that, I researched what SunHearts does exactly. I am very drawn to the values, as well as the idea of operating a business in a way that is in harmony with nature. I believe that should be our future.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

What do you see as the benefit for yourself in this internship?<\/strong><\/p>

Firstly, I feel like I can create something good for the world through this internship. That’s very important to me. Then, I find it very interesting to be able to participate in the process of building a company. I’m sure I can learn a lot and gain experience through it.<\/p>

In addition, I have attended many interesting discussions at SunHeart events, and I expect to meet even more interesting people there.<\/p>

Do you already know which tasks you will mainly be working on and what goals need to be achieved?<\/strong><\/p>

One goal is for me to translate the entire SunHeart website into English. Additionally, I would like to contribute to expanding the SunHeart community. This includes a range of tasks in marketing (such as creating an image video, running social media, writing blogs, etc.). We also plan to develop a crowdfunding campaign. In collaboration with Simon Kaserer, I will work on SEO optimization. Other tasks will surely arise in event management, meaning that I will organize and support the implementation of SunHeart Academy’s training programs.<\/p>
