In the spring of 2022, six members<\/strong><\/a> of the SunHeart Business Leaders joined forces to found a company – the SunHeart Switzerland AG<\/strong><\/a>. When SunHeart Business Leaders was founded in 2018, the original founders had a sincere desire to promote ethical behavior in business<\/strong> and sustainability in the economy<\/strong>. They were well aware that the problems of our time cannot be solved without the participation of the business world. And they also knew that a radical change in thinking would be necessary… away from greed and other egoistic motives<\/strong> that so often prevail in the economy, towards a genuine desire to serve the well-being of both people and nature<\/strong>.<\/p>

With the SunHeart Business Leaders network, they wanted to connect and support those entrepreneurs who resonated with this vision, and together with private members who value a healthy and sustainable lifestyle, create a force for good<\/strong>.<\/p>

They formulated the vision of a worldwide ethical economy with flourishing people who serve the well-being of the whole<\/strong> and five values<\/strong><\/a> that people who share this vision would identify with.<\/p>

This strong value foundation is still the cornerstone of both the network and SunHeart Switzerland AG<\/strong>, guiding all our decisions. A functioning economy needs profitable businesses, but they must not be driven by greed for profit. Our goal with SunHeart Switzerland AG is to demonstrate that ethics and profitability are not contradictions.<\/strong> On the contrary, entrepreneurial success and a fair, appropriate profit are natural result of making a positive impact in the world.<\/p>

This is not simply about “physical” proof of sustainability. It primarily concerns the values or motivations that a company commits to sustainability with, whether the desire to contribute to a regenerative economy really stems from a deep need to do something good. This makes a huge difference and defines the quality of a company.<\/p>

Corresponding companies, whether large or small, will be the winners in the future,<\/strong> simply because customers prefer such credible companies. In recent years, we have witnessed hype around sustainability<\/strong>. Some companies that wanted to jump on the bandwagon have fallen victim to so-called ‘greenwashing<\/strong>‘ due to the lack of an ethical value foundation. This will eventually no longer be tolerated.<\/strong><\/p>

In the coming years, we will experience an (r)evolution of consciousness. Consumers will demand not only sustainability but also ethical behavior. The easiest and most honest form of ethics is<\/strong>, as mentioned earlier, to overcome one’s own egocentrism and greed and to focus individually and collectively on the good of the whole.<\/strong><\/p>

A new generation of leaders<\/strong> will emerge. They will better understand their own nature and nature in general, and recognize that it is a great symbiosis of which we are all part. They will promote a regenerative economy<\/strong> with their companies and create innovations that provide real solutions to the problems we have created in the last decades due to selfish motives. A circular economy will play an important role in this.<\/p>

To accelerate this development – especially through training and further education offers of the SunHeart Academy<\/strong> <\/a>and through internships in our company<\/strong><\/a> – there is the SunHeart Switzerland AG.
