The network The SunHeart Business Leaders is organized as an association for the time being. The board reserves the right to choose another legal form at a later date (e.g., non-profit GmbH or foundation).<\/p>

Conduct<\/h4>

The most important fundamental principle for the board and all employees of SunHeart Business Leaders is that we ourselves adhere to the jointly formulated values in an exemplary manner:<\/p>

We love life and promote good \u2013 The good of the whole is more important to us than profit.<\/p>

Sustainability<\/h5>

We see ourselves as part of the whole and think of the next generations.<\/p>

Appreciation<\/h5>

We honor people, animals, and nature and strive not to harm any part of life.<\/p>

Honesty<\/h5>

We are honest and tell the truth. We have the courage to go our individual way consistently.<\/p>

Cheerfulness & Serenity<\/h5>

We live out our vocation and enjoy what we do. We consider what we do to be very important, but we do not take ourselves too seriously. We face occasional difficulties \u2013 whenever possible \u2013 with humor and cheerful composure.<\/p>

Decisions<\/h4>

Based on these values and being aware that everything is interconnected, we always strive to make our decisions for the good of the whole … unselfishly and without fear.<\/p>

If we find it difficult to make the right decision, we ask ourselves the following questions beforehand:<\/p>

  • Is my decision legal, ethical, and consistent with the vision, values, and rules of SunHeart Business Leaders?<\/li>
  • Can I make the decision in the spirit of the network without fear, independently, and free from egocentric influences?<\/li>
  • Can I reconcile the decision with my own conscience, and is it in every way exemplary for others?<\/li>
  • Have I recognized the impact of my decision, and will it preserve the good reputation of SunHeart Business Leaders?<\/li><\/ul>

    Admission of members<\/h4>

    In this sense, the board also makes decisions regarding the admission or, if necessary, the exclusion of members.<\/p>

    \u00a0<\/h4>

    Sponsored projects<\/h4>

    The board decides on accepting sponsored projects in cooperation with the respective project leader.
    Only projects that comply with the values of SunHeart Business Leaders and promote good will be sponsored.
    Should it become apparent during the project work that these values are not being complied with, the board reserves the right to dissolve corresponding projects.<\/p>

    Funding<\/h4>

    The use of money paid into the promotion fund by sponsors or members for the specific support of sponsored projects is subject to strict regulations:<\/p>

    • 10% of the funding will be used for SunHeart Business Leaders’ administrative costs and staff salaries until these can be fully covered by member contributions. The remaining 90% of the funding contributions are only used for the respective project for which they are made available to support.<\/li>
    • Funding is only paid out if it is used for the intended purpose. Payments are made directly to the service provider.<\/li>
    • The recipients of these funds are accountable to the board. They are obliged to keep records of the corresponding use, to document the service provided, and to provide detailed information about it. The board has the right to demand an inspection of the relevant documents at any time. Should it not be possible to provide proof of the correct use of the funding, the board reserves the right to take legal action against the recipient. In any case, a repayment obligation arises for the misused portion or for which no proof of use could be provided.<\/li><\/ul>

      The board is committed to this code of conduct and undertakes to live up to it in every respect.<\/p>
